A meeting will take place between the Project Manager and the Client to establish the details of the Project to be undertaken.
If required, we can find and engage the relevant Contractors, Suppliers, materials etc needed to work on individual projects.
On agreement with the client, once quotations are received, and with client’s approval of costs, we will engage contractors and Project Manage the works required. We will supply the client with architect’s drawings (if an Architect is engaged, Architects fees will be charge at cost) for their approval then proceed to gain Project/Licence approval with Local Authority (Camara) etc, and a schedule of works for the actual construction/renovation work to be carried out.
Before any work can commence, an agreed amount must be paid into the Clients Account so that Contractors and any on going accounts can be paid, the client will be notified prior to any payments due.
Client will be supplied with reports, including photographs, regarding progress and costs, at regular and agreed intervals.
The Project Management Fee to be negotiated per hour, if required a Monthly rate can be agreed.
